OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
7 Day Ab Challenge
1. Entry form must be completed prior to the start of the challenge.
2. Participants in the challenge must follow @ManFrazFitGuru on any of the following social media sites: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
3. Proof of challenge completion is required for entry into the drawing for a Series-8 Fitness Ab Wheel. This includes posting a photo of each day's exercise on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and tagging @ManFrazFitGuru.
4. One winner will be randomly selected to receive a Series-8 Fitness Ab Wheel and will be announced on Sunday, January 13, 2019, 12:00pm CST. The winner will be contacted by email from the email address provided on the entry form. The Series-8 Fitness Ab Wheel will be mailed via USPS within 5-7 business days.
5. The drawing for a Series-8 Fitness Ab Wheel is open to those 18 and above in the United States. Void where prohibited.
6. By joining the 7 Day Ab Challenge, you agree that this event is in no way associated with, administered by, or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or Series-8 Fitness; and acknowledge a complete release of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or Series-8 Fitness by your participation.
Holiday Hustle 2018 Virtual 5K
1. Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Race items will be mailed to the address provided on the registration form via USPS.
3. Proof of race completion is required for entry into the drawing for a $50 Visa Gift Card. This includes posting of race time and photo on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and tagging @ManFrazFitGuru by Saturday, December 15th, 2018, 11:59pm CST.
4. One winner will be randomly selected to receive a $50 Visa Gift Card and will be announced on Saturday, December 22nd, 2018, 4:00pm CST. The gift card will be mailed to the address provided on the registration form via USPS.
5. The drawing for a $50 Visa Gift Card is open to those 18 and above in the United States. Void where prohibited.
